Harvest Moon

Digital camera, irregular light. Pictures took some adjustment to look this good. Not perfect, but okay. Location: Inspiration Point at Hetch Hetchy in Yosemite National Park, California.

The Preacher Man read a standard service, and the Bride and Groom added some vows near the end of the ceremony, viz, to wit:

Bride: For being my Rain, when I'm feeling so dry. For giving me the answer, when I'm asking you why. Now and forever I'll stand beside you.

Groom: For bringing in the sun, when I'm feeling so cold. For giving me a child when my body is old. Now and forever I'll always serve you.

Bride: For being so kind, when I showed up alone, for starting out slow and for walking me home. I want you to know I'll always respect you.

Groom: For holding me up when I'm starting to fall. For reving me up when I'm starting to stall. I'll be by your side, I'll always protect you.

Together: For giving and forgiving and for playing the game. To brighten our future in the days that remain, by your side through every change. I'll always love you.
