Abilene, my home town
McMurry University where I went to college (it was called "McMurry College" back in them days). I majored in music for two years, then changed to philosophy for some reason.
University of Texas at Austin where I went to graduate school.
State of Texas government's web site. The government of the state is, of course, run by the biggest bunch of idiots you could imagine. I'm pretty sure your state is the same.
